Lift Off
Air Charter Service came to us last October with a perfect brief. “We want a Christmas Party to beat all Christmas Parties” And so then came the challenge, approximately 200 people, unique venue outside of London, two bands, the list went on… ….no problem, that’s what we do.
Immediately we knew the best place to host the event would be at the Aviator; a glamorous boutique hotel in Farnborough located next to the award winning TAG Airport.
Choosing the theme of 1940’s vintage aviation, the room was transformed using classic props including an 11ft bi-plane and a classic spitfire suspended from the ceiling. With ostrich feather centerpieces and bi-plane place names imported from the US, the attention to detail was not spared.
Not only was this a hugely successful night with ACS commenting “it was by far the best Christmas party we have ever had” but it also raised over £14,000 for charity.
Now is the best time to start booking your summer events whether they are office parties, teambuilding activities or charity balls we are here to make them happen and take the stress away from you.

Operation Archie
This year we at Bite CP are supporting a charity that is very close to our hearts. Operation Archie was launched by one of our directors, Alex Blomfield, to raise money for his eldest son Archie.
Archie was diagnosed at 14 months with Cerebral Palsy – a disorder that has stiffened the muscles in his legs causing difficulties sitting, standing and walking.
The charity has been set up to raise money for Archie to undergo an operation in the US called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy, in which, some of the sensory nerves in the spinal cords are cut, permanently reducing his stiffness. The operation is followed by an intensive course of rehabilitation that will hopefully make Archie able to conquer the challenges he faces.
The charity has received some fantastic support so far including sponsored walks, themed days, sky dives and generous auction prizes from our clients. But it doesn’t stop there; Archie was filmed at his school by ITV news, joining in on the campaign to raise money and of course we have all been getting involved in the Bite CP studio designing leaflets, creating the website and managing events.
The charity has raised a fantastic £25,000 so far but still need to double that to reach the £50,000 target.

It’s a Knockout
Bite CP recently took on a host of other teams in a fight to win the It’s a Knockout championship in aid of Jigsaw CABAS school.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support and sponsorship. To date we raised a fantastic £1,250 and there is still time to donate on our Just Giving page - http://www.justgiving.com/bitecp.
Although we sadly didn’t win we had a fantastic day falling over and getting covered in water and bubbles.
Jigsaw works to increase the awareness and understanding of Autism and operates full time as a school. The Jigsaw students are aged from 5 up to 19 and receive one on one teaching to help them learn both academic and social subjects effectively.
Winning WOW
As a direct result of our prolific strategies and dynamic approach to creative work, we have won a new client, Living Streets. After pitching for two jobs including the long-running successful initiative WOW, we are pleased to say we have not only won the work but have already started carrying out the necessary implementation.
WOW is a London based initiative aimed at promoting walking to school by rewarding sustainable travel for pupils in Primary school. There are currently three initiatives, two of which have already been rolled out.
Due to the amazing feedback we have received from our client for the work completed so far, we have been put forward for new initiatives including some exceptional Digital projects.
Totally Transformed UpGrade Website goes Live
We are proud to announce the launch of the updated and refreshed UpGrade website.
After a great deal of hard work from our design and digital teams, we have now launched the new UpGrade website, complete with interactive lesson plans for use in Key stages 2 and 3.
We have been working alongside TfL on this project for 5 years and felt that it was time to update both the website and the previous lesson plans so they would both adhere to the new curriculum and remain an inspiring resource for teachers and children alike.
UpGrade is used in 14 London Boroughs and due to the positive feedback received, set to grow next year.
The resource is used to promote safe and sustainable travel and also addresses issues faced by all year 6 pupils moving up to secondary schools.
