In search of the perfect venue

So what do you do when you need a venue in central London to seat 750 people, entertainment, stages, catering and bar facilities.  Without splitting your guests up of course.  Spitalfields is too small, The Round House and all the temporary structures aren’t available/ built/ open when you need them and Excel and Ally Pally are too far out and Namco’s layout isn’t ideal when it comes to hosting a top end Gala Dinner and dance, what a conundrum!

Quite simply the only answer to the problem, short of spending your whole budget on the Royal Albert Hall or by buying a plot of Hyde Park and erecting a suitable solution yourself, is to gather up your Events Team, provide them with a camera a brief and a picnic lunch and send them off to wonder the streets of London with the instruction; NOT to come back without a venue!!.

All joking aside Bite CP’s Events team took on the problem of London’s massive gap in the market by putting their thinking caps on and thinking of creative solutions, and alternative exciting venues not necessarily generally used for this sort of event.  Thanks to their exceptional experience within the industry they managed to find not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 fantastic options for our super secretive client. 

At this stage in the event building process we are unable to disclose any further information than there are perfect venues out there and our intrepid event explorers are brilliant at locating them and planting the Bite CP flag firmly on their doorsteps.
