Bite CP were asked to create two events at inspiring venues. We sourced and co-ordinated the staging of stimulating conferences on HMS Belfast situated at Tower Bridge in London and at the world famous Belfry. Bite CP designed the invitations, signage and delegate packs, co-ordinated all venue sourcing, catering requirements, pre-event and on-site management.

Event: School Travel Plan Conference
Bite CP worked with the London Borough of Hounslow to create a fun and engaging event to promote school travel plans. We provided delegate packs, delegate bags, stationary and smoothie bikes. Teachers, council members and STA’s attended this conference.
